Did you know that every 11 seconds, an older adult is treated in the emergency room for a fall? You don’t have to lose your balance as you age. Please join us to evaluate your balance and learn ways to reduce your risk of falling both inside and outside of your home.

Pivot Physical Therapy
Samantha received her Bachelor of Science degree in Health, Physical Education, and Exercise Science from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2009 and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Marymount University in 2012. She then began to practice at Tidewater Physical Therapy and currently treats patients at Pivot Physical Therapy’s Westhampton location located at the corner of Libbie and Patterson Avenue.
Samantha enjoys treating a wide variety of orthopedic conditions and has received extra training in using muscle energy techniques for the cervical and thoracic spine, joint mobilization for the extremities and is certified in trigger point Dry Needling through Myopain Seminars. Samantha has lived in the Richmond area for over 10 years and enjoys hiking, swimming, running, and practicing yoga.
