What is Ideal Protein?
Ideal Protein is a four-phase, carbohydrate-restricted, weight loss plan composed of premade meals, lean protein, vegetables, and water. It is designed to target fat loss using ketosis while maintaining muscle mass and stabilizing blood sugar levels.
