About the Instructor
Yoga classes are taught by certified health and wellness coach, Lindsey Patton. Lindsey completed her 200-hour teacher training in Costa Rica under Marianne Wells, who was a student of B.K.S. Iyengar, and teaches regularly in the Richmond area. Lindsey loves technique and believes you can learn something new in every class, regardless of how long you’ve been practicing.
Wear comfortable clothes that enable full range of movement. Yoga is traditionally practiced barefoot but feel free to wear socks if you feel more comfortable. Try not to eat 1-2 hours before class to help give your body enough time for digestion. You can bring your own water or enjoy a fresh bottle provided in our lobby refrigerators. We have mats available to use for your sessions or you are of course welcome to bring your own mat.
