RICHMOND - PartnerMD is pleased to announce that Joey Rick has joined the company as its new Chief Culture Officer (CCO). She joins the PartnerMD team after serving five years as the Canon for Congregational Vitality in the Episcopal Diocese of Washington. Prior to the Diocese of Washington, she enjoyed a 20+ year consulting career and founded a firm serving the hospitality industry.

Joey is fluent in the languages of business and human development and an expert in how the field of psychology impacts the way organizations grow and succeed. Over the course of her career, she has cultivated expertise in leadership development, strategic talent improvement, organizational improvement, change management and coaching. “PartnerMD is already a more personal healthcare experience that changes people’s lives,” said Ms. Rick. “Beyond that, I think my talents will help create an environment that exceeds our members’ expectations and optimizes the helping and healing capabilities of our team members.”

“We are looking forward to having such a proven leader help us develop the full potential of our talented team,” said Zack Smith, CEO of PartnerMD. “Joey has a passion for helping people excel at their jobs. With Joey as CCO, we will continue to craft a culture that benefits our members.”
