Imagine having a doctor with the time to truly listen. One you trust as your partner in lifelong health. Imagine care so personal, it’s like having a doctor in the family.
PartnerMD is open, taking great care of our patients, and accepting new members who want to be as healthy as possible both right now and going forward. We promise the same 24/7/365 access to physician care and more time with your personal doctor as always, plus additional enhancements via telehealth and remote monitoring.
You need a primary care doctor who knows you and has more time to help keep you at your best. PartnerMD was founded on that belief, and we remain committed to delivering personalized care for all our members. We’ll continue delivering that both now and well after this pandemic ends.
PartnerMD members always have 24/7/365 access to physician care. Illness has never abided by normal business hours, and neither do we. Whether it’s the middle of the night or the middle of the weekend, you always have on-call access to a PartnerMD physician, not a nurse line or an outside on-call service.
If you’re experiencing any acute symptoms, COVID-19-related or not, your doctor will determine if you need to come into the office or if care can be provided via telehealth. Telehealth enables you to conduct a video visit with your doctor via a computer, tablet, or smart phone from the safety of your home.
Whether you need a prescription filled, have a question about your blood pressure, or are worried about a cough you recently developed, we’re here to help, and we can often use telehealth to get you the care you need quickly.
Thinking about joining PartnerMD? Schedule a free video chat with one of our physicians currently taking new patients so that you can make sure they are a great fit to be your new partner in health.
For more info on telehealth at PartnerMD, read our guide here.
PartnerMD offers COVID-19 virus and antibody testing to our members. Because of the limited supply and to best ensure the safety of our patients, we are limiting testing to those who are high risk AND have reason to believe that they have or have had the virus at some point between February and now. Click here to learn more about who should consider testing and why.
With a COVID-19 vaccine likely at least a year away, improving your health – eating healthier, exercising more, sleeping better – will improve the chances your body is strong enough to fight the virus if you contract it before a vaccine is developed.
That’s why we continue to offer one-on-one health coaching via phone and video to keep you on track. Our health coaches are also doing daily videos on Facebook addressing common health goals and concerns right now, and we are reposting and recapping these videos on our Healthy Reads blog for those who don’t have Facebook or want to get caught up on their own time.
If you are an existing PartnerMD member and need care or have a question, contact your PartnerMD physician.
