PartnerMD is pleased to announce that Zack Smith will serve as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Smith worked at Richmond-based packaging leader WestRock or its predecessor companies for over 32 years. In January, he retired from WestRock as executive vice president of its beverage packaging division.
As Chief Executive Officer, Smith is focused on delivering value for PartnerMD’s members. His goal is to build a health care experience that, as a premium service, is an effective and valued way for many to take greater ownership of their health and wellbeing. Smith also plans to continue growing and highlighting PartnerMD’s executive physical program, which is an annual investment by employers of all sizes and patients directly. Identifying health risks early is a proven way to reduce costs and increase productivity, plus it is a way for companies to show they value their employees and their health.
