Dr. Keller received his bachelor’s degree from Queens College (CUNY) on Long Island and his medical degree from the Universidad Autonoma in Guadalajara, Mexico in 1981. He concluded his medical education through New York Medical College and completed his residency as Chief Resident at St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Yonkers, N.Y.
Dr. Keller is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians and a member of the Virginia Academy of Family Physicians. He has served as an associate clinical professor of family practice at the Medical College of Virginia at Virginia Commonwealth University since 1996. He has published a paper on breast cancer, worked on an anti-smoking campaign with Pfizer and has also participated in multiple medical missionary trips to Haiti.
Prior to joining PartnerMD in June 2010, he practiced for 20 years at Midlothian Primary Care, where he served as founder and owner.
Dr. Keller lives in Midlothian, Va., with his wife. He enjoys fishing, traveling, music and photography, and is bilingual in English and Spanish.
