PartnerMD gathers information on our website in order to provide relevant information to you, explain our services and improve the user experience on our website. If you would like to change the information you’ve provided through our website, you may do so by calling our membership inquiry line or emailing our info email address for the location nearest you. Contact information for each location can be found on the Contact Us page. You will need to provide the PII that you would like to change first so PartnerMD can correctly identify you.
