As a concierge doctor at PartnerMD, you will have a smaller panel so you can spend more time with each patient. The result? A deeper relationship built on mutual trust, so you can truly provide the best in preventive, individualized care.
We know you have questions about joining a concierge practice. Here’s what you can expect at PartnerMD, from your patients to your day-to-day responsibilities.
Salary
Our physician compensation is comparable to that of other salaried primary care practices in our markets. You receive salary bumps based on panel size.
Day-to-Day Schedule
As a concierge doctor, your schedule will include patient appointments, advanced physicals, reviewing specialist charts, returning calls and emails the same business day, and meeting with potential new members.
On-Call Responsibilities
You are on call for your own panel four nights a week. On weekends, call coverage rotates among doctors in your market.
Referrals
Dedicated referral coordinators for each office schedule referrals for your patients. We do not limit your preferred specialists.
Patients
Typical PartnerMD patients are from all walks of life, of all ages, and represent a wide diversity of income levels. They are people who prioritize and invest in their current and future health.
Nursing Support
Each PartnerMD doctor has a dedicated nurse who coordinates scheduling and patient care.
Weekly Schedule
PartnerMD doctors work full-time and receive a designated half-day off administrative time each week.
Wellness Programs
In-house Wellness Programs run by our Director of Wellness and certified health coaches provide additional support and resources for your patients to make lasting lifestyle changes.
Stop rushing through 40 patients a day. Stop speeding through a 10-minute appointment with a patient you barely know. Start spending the time you need to be the best doctor possible for your patients.
How We Find the Right Fit Compare Traditional & Concierge Practices
Whether you are an individual doctor or multi-physician group, we want you to be able to practice medicine the way you always envisioned. The way you wanted to coming out of medical school, before insurance reimbursements and an overloaded panel consumed your day.
You love your patients. But the traditional healthcare practice prevents you from providing the personal, preventive care you wish you could to make more of a difference in peoples’ lives. Sound familiar? If so, we should talk.
