How do payments work?

Your PartnerMD membership fee can be paid monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually. It’s up to you. We keep a card on file and charge your account as indicated by your membership agreement.

The membership fee allows us to provide the exceptional customer service and additional resources that elevate your experience even more – top-notch physicians, dedicated nurses and health coaches, referral specialists, 24/7 access to care, telehealth visits, etc.

What goes into the cost of concierge medicine?

Does your health insurance cover the membership fee?

No, the membership fee is an out-of-pocket expense.

While we do accept most major health insurance plans and Medicare, they only cover eligible medical expenses.

We do not lock you into a contract. If you need to leave at any time, we just ask for 30 days’ written notice, and we’ll prorate any money on your account back.
