As a board-certified family physician, Dr. Daniel Brake brings a lifetime of experience, perspective, and purpose to his work in primary care. Raised in a small town as the son of a rural family doctor, he spent his childhood immersed in an environment where medicine meant service, trust, and community.
He focuses on clear communication and helping patients feel comfortable asking questions about any aspect of their health. He describes his style as warm and approachable rather than formal, aiming to put people at ease.
