The first step to improving sleep is to make sure your sleep environment, i.e. your bedroom, is set up to encourage a good night's sleep. It also delves into the types of stress that may be affecting you and how to cope with them healthily. This course teaches you:

  • How to reduce undesirable stimuli in your bedroom
  • How to adopt a more comfortable environment
  • Different types of stress and their effects
