Because stress and sleep impact almost every facet of your health, learning how to manage both pays dividends in all areas of your life. HarmonizePMD, a stress and sleep program coming in May exclusively for PartnerMD members, teaches you how to integrate your mind and body so you can reduce your stress, sleep better, and live healthier. 

HarmonizePMD: Two programs. One goal.

Tackling stress can be a little different for everyone. That's why HarmonizePMD has two programs — one teaching strategies to manage stress through better sleep hygiene and one teaching how to use yoga and meditation to calm your mind and relieve stress over time. 

Sleep Hygiene

4-week virtual program designed to teach you how to identify, correct, and manage sleep issues, so you can start getting the rest you need quickly and understand how to adjust over time.

Health coaching and videos on sleep problems, sleep environment, how thoughts affect sleep, and more. 

$100 per program. 

Ongoing support and content available on-demand for review. 

Yoga & Meditation

Monthly live video program on Tuesday and Thursdays (and on-demand) teaching yoga and meditation to reduce stress. 

Guided instruction for all skill levels taught by certified yoga instructor Lindsey Patton and certified meditation instructor Yvonne Bull. 

$200 per program.

Space limited to 10 people per session so participants get the most value from their time with Lindsey and Yvonne.
