Led by certified yoga and meditation instructor Yvonne Bull, HarmonizePMD Yoga & Meditation introduces you to restorative yoga and peaceful meditation tactics to relieve stress and calm your mind.
The four classes occur live virtually on Thursdays at 11:00 a.m., and they are also available on demand.
