As a health coach in Richmond, VA, Allison Kaminski helps her patients achieve their goals by relying on her own experiences.
“I enjoy helping people because I’ve been on both extremes – sedentary, unhealthy, and overweight and also super lean and bodybuilding-type fit,” she says. “Neither is sustainable. It’s been a tough road for me in figuring out how to love my body enough to feed and nourish it in the right way, and I want to help others get to that level.”
As an Ideal Protein Coach, Allison helps patients learn, navigate, and excel within the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Protocol. She serves as an educational resource for patients participating in the program and coordinates every aspect of the program, from enrollment to supplies to conclusion.
Before joining PartnerMD, Allison was a wellness coach with On Target Health in Indianapolis and an Army Master Fitness Trainer. She is a Captain in the Army National Guard and served on active duty for three years with the Virginia Civil Support Team’s Weapons of Mass Destruction Unit in Ft. Pickett, VA, and three years as a battalion Medical Officer for a Field Artillery Unit in Evansville, IN.
She earned her B.S. in Applied Exercise and Health from Purdue University and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Exercise Science: Nutrition and Wellness from Liberty University.
