About Coach Lindsey
Yoga. Mindfulness. Balance. Being present. Undoing your bad habits. These are things Lindsey enjoys helping her patients with all the time, and they are what energizes her about health and wellness. “When I can help someone make a lasting change that makes a difference in their lives...that’s the ultimate goal,” she says.
As a certified yoga teacher working toward her 300-hour yoga teaching certification, Lindsey is adept at helping patients break their bad habits and get unstuck on their path to wellness. She knows people can be nervous, or even scared, to talk about their health issues, so she focuses on providing compassionate, empathetic, nonjudgmental coaching for her patients.
“Sometimes it’s yoga, sometimes it’s getting in an exercise routine, and sometimes it’s understanding why what you eat is important,” she says. “Everyone is different, and I enjoy getting to know my patients and what they really want to achieve, so I can give them the tools they need to succeed.”
