5 Do's and Dont's of Tricep Extensions
- Do start with your elbows at a 90-degree angle just in front of your chest and press down slowly.
- Don't use momentum to swing down.
- Do make sure to pause at the very bottom.
- Don't go too quickly.
- Do lean forward just slightly, keeping your elbows in front of your body.
