About Dr. Solderitch
As an internal medicine physician in Richmond, VA, Dr. Victoria Solderitch provides attentive, personalized care to adults navigating any stage of life – from young adults to the elderly. She looks at the health issues her patients face like solving a puzzle involving the whole person.
“I use a team approach based on science and knowledge to provide options that are not only clinically correct, but that work with their lifestyles,” she says. “Telling people what to do isn’t enough to motivate them. I make sure we factor in a whole-person approach so we remain focused on what’s important.”
Dr. Solderitch’s primary passion in healthcare is preventive medicine and wellness. “It’s not just about medication,” she says. “There are alternative therapies and other ways to bring health to people. It’s about meeting people where they are in life.”
Before joining PartnerMD, Dr. Solderitch worked in internal medicine for more than a decade. That experience has equipped her with the skills necessary to provide personalized, preventive healthcare for her patients.
“I've always been on the frontlines taking care of dozens of patients every day," she says. "It has shown me how things can unravel in life, and I've always thought about what I would do if I could go three steps back and prevent the person from being hospitalized.”
She earned her medical degree from the Louisiana State University School of Medicine and completed her internal medicine residency from LSU’s Earl K. Long Hospital in Baton Rouge, LA.
She has published numerous studies and research in various medical publications and was named a finalist in Research and Innovations by the (organization) for her research titled “Is Positivity Contagious? A Shared Approach to Resilience to Abate Hospitalist Burnout.”
